Below are the details: Where: Ceremony: St Francis Church, Ortigas/Pasig Reception: The Malayan Plaza Preps: Malayan Plaza & Astoria Date: January 28, 2010 (Thursday) Call time is 9:00 a.m. FAQs What do I get if I volunteer? Depending on your receptiveness to the things going on around you, you can learn a lot, not only about wedding photography, but the other aspects of the business too. You'll also receive an allowance for the day on top of the free meals. ;) You'll meet great people. And this may lead to more paid shoots. What do I need to give? Yes, you will be shooting BUT you will be asked to hold a speedlight/reflector at times or watch over the team's gear in cases such as when we do a quick shoot on the streets. Expect also to be given specific task, such as being assigned to stay with the groom/bride and his/her family while the rest of the team shoots other parts of the event. We also need your utmost cooperation, working as a team player >:D< Remember that this is not a photo contest, so there's no need compete with the rest of the team. What should I bring? Any DSLR kit would be ok. Pack light. no need to bring your red camera or 1Ds-mark-II-C3PO or D3x-R2D2. We also don't mind whichever brand you use as long as it takes pictures and doesn't cook rice :D What should I wear? Formal-casual would do--short/long sleeves polo, slacks.
